Laureate institute of Education and Training (LIET) was established in 2006 and is managed by Laureate Educational Society (Regd.), Shimla. It is a co-educational Institute which has been granted recognition by the government of Himachal Pradesh & National Council for teacher education (NCTE) and affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.
The Institute is accredited Grade ’B’ by National Assessment & accreditation Council (NAAC) and has Been assessed and found to be in accordance with the requirements of Standard Detailed ISO 9001:2008
